I was so sick today. I ate normal food last night instead of following my diet. I can’t do that anymore. They were sending people home from work to save labor, and for once I volunteered. I just knew I couldn’t make it the way I was feeling. I got home and showered for a long time, Then I slept about thirteen hours. When I woke up in the morning I felt great. It was a close call though.
