My #s were way high this morning. But I’m gonna change all that.  I ate really healthy today.  Took Frankie shopping at Wal-mart. I picked up my pills. Like a three month supply for almost $30.00, that’s much better than one month for $225.00. Lets hope the new pills work. Frankie treated me to McDonald’s. I got the unsweetened tea and a southwest salad, grilled no carrots, dressing or tortillas. I bought a pocket notebook to keep with me as a food diary so maybe it will help me stick to my diet even more.  When I got home I exercised for about a half hour. I called Frank and he’s giving me his dads old treadmill. so once I get it here I can do 30 min of walking too. I’m really gonna try. I am so against exercise but maybe that’s a contributing factor  to me getting sick in the first place besides the diet of course. I’m finally thin now and NOW I gotta start watching what I eat and exercising? What the Hellencrap is That?

I went from 539 to 211 in one day, I just gotta keep it up. So far so good

Went to the Dr. today. She put me on cheaper medicine and increased my dosage on my other one.  She said if my numbers don’t go down in two weeks its insulin time so I have to start doing better. Ugg.  I dropped off my prescriptions off at wall mart and did some food shopping while i was there so i have good for me food at home. Maybe I’ll be less likely to eat bad for me food.  While at wal-mart I called Connie to wish her a happy birthday. After I got home was worried bout what the Dr. told me and stress ate all night. Bad Albie. Whatch first half of season one of Psyche.

I met Gary at 9:50 am at work and we headed to Naples for wrestling school. It was just me and him today, the others are training on Tuesday, but I have a Doctors appointment tomorrow.  I got a work out and a few bruises. It’s much harder then it looks. The driving was Fun, I almost felt like a wrestler. Gary is a good trainer. After that I picked up John and we went back to my house so I could shower and change. Then we picked up my dad and went to wal-mart. We got wires n stuff for his HDTV and Internet. Then Johnny treated me to a movie. That was fun. In return I’m treating him to The mummy after I get my vacation check. And I’m also Taking Heather to the movies Then too to see as many movies as she wants and one in 3D. A lot of movies for me. But I love Movies. After That I Fixed John’s HD and Internet and Tivo. I wasn’t feeling so good.

The power went out today at work, They made us cook anyway for about a hour. It was crazy hot. Me Connie and Johnny on one side and thanks to Greg Martinez we have this exclusive cloverfield style video. What you are about to see is Real not a recreation. Viewer Discretion is advised.

After work I went home to shower then I picked up Frankie  and we went to wal-mart.  Then we saw Mamma Mia @ AMC because I gave Frankie free popcorn coupons. Then Heather txted me that she wasn’t feeling good. I stopped at North Fort Myers Wal-mart to get her Chicken Noodle Soup. No Hanna Montanan 3D glasses left @ any wal-mart. Then I dropped off frank then went to heather’s place and we watched TV for a few hours. By the time I got home I was Tirerd. Fell right to sleep.

I worked with just Johnny today. We made it through. After work, I went home to get one of my tivos to adopt out to john. I’m building an HD mythtv box. I haven’t watched  my tivos in a while because they are stranded definition. Most of what I watch now is High Def. Two more to adopt out. I got out of johnny’s place around nine PM. I was hellencrap tired. On my way home Frankie called me so I stopped by his place to pick up the Best Buy add from Sunday. While we were watching som NWA TNA We talked abiut the new Batman Movie and how there was a midnight showing. We thought about it for a while and decided to go. We went back to my place so I could get my batman T-shirt. We got to the theater around 11:pm. The first two shows were sold out so thet opend a third theater, the place was packed. I got my own ticket, But frankie got the Popcorn and Soda.  The movie was two hours and fourty-eight minuts. It was the best batman movie since Batman with Michael Keeton. Very Good Movie, I want to go again. We didn’t get out untill Three am. After I dropped frankie off, I went home and went to sleep. I have to be @ work at 8:30am. great movie.

I watched the rest of Harry Potter 2 and Hellboy one Directors Cut. Wrestling practice was canceled today so I got to spend some time with my parents. I went to their place, Mom ordered whole wheat papa johns, and we watched some reality TV. After mom and Dads I went to Heather’s place, we watched Harry Potter 3 and Colored Little Mermaid coloring books.

So I finely started watching The Harry Potter Movies. I made It through one and a half of them. I didn’t think I like them, But they were good. Heather came over, we had some popcorn and watched most of Harry Potter two. Then I napped, and watched the First five episodes of Season two of the Two Coreys. That was good. The Coreys are cool. Then Smackdown from Thursday Then Raw. It was a busy night.  I called the TV repair shop that fixed John’s old Big Screen. He gave me a ballpark estimate of only $220.00 so that’s a lot better then the $350.00 online estamates. He said it was probly what I thought it was, eventhough i didn’t tell him what I thougt it was. So on the August fourth I can get it fixed and some elbow pads. mabey a new workout outfit.

After work, john and I went for dinner @ circle k, 3 hot dogs and diet Dr. Pepper for $1.06 and we mailed some birthday cards to his sister and two nieces. When we got back to his place a stray cat that lives in a drain across the street was hoping back from johns place to its drain. we saw it had a broken left arm, it was all gross, there was blood and bone was sticking out. so being wildlife warriors we called lee county animal rescue, they said they would come out on Monday,  But before I left his place, She was there, she tried to get it to go in a cage for while, but it wouldn’t. so she left the cage in john’s yard and said she’d be back tomorrow.  When I got home I tried once again for hours to get my mythbuntu computer working.  No success. It just made me crazy mad and frustrated. I wanted to go visit my parents tonight, But I don’t like going over there when I’m in a bad mood. I don’t like anyone seeing me in a bad mood. Even Heather wanted me to watch movies at her place and bring popcorn. But I was just too mad, I wouldn’t want to take it out on her. So my TV is broke, so I figured I’d clean and listen to my record player, I put on Barry Manilow Live Double LP. Well this time he had a deep voice and was singing slower then normal. Yup record player is broke! aghhhh!!! so I’m taking a break from cleaning to Blog, maybe it’ll make me feel better. I can’t eat tonight, Bloodwork in the morning. maybe Star Trek audio books? maybe some podcasts? while I clean, If that dosen’t work, then cristmas music. No one could be in a bad mood listening to christmas music. right?

My HDTV is worn out, the red went flunky.  I need to call a repair man when I get my vacation check. for now I’m just relying on my brain power to realign the colors in my head

Do you remember when the whole world wasn’t made out of plastic? We used to have things that were made well and lasted a long time. Now we have fake things that look like real things but break or worse don’t work in the first place. Like today, I was trying to sweep the floor with a plastic broom, and a plastic dustpan on a stick. Both were broken and it was very difficult. When I started my sweeping days I had a metal dust pan and a wood and straw broom. But technically we do have a broom and dustpan, so we are not buying real things anymore, just buying and living in a world of technicalities.  It’s like when your four years old and think you can make anything in the world out of construction paper and some Elmer’s glue. ahh good times.
